1. Deer Valley

If you’re looking for a snow-capped view close to Kimball Junction, you must check out Deer Valley! The sweeping views here bring people to Park City year after year. Even though pictures don’t do it justice, it is a picture-perfect spot to capture the beauty of Park City.

2. Park City Mountain

3. Empire Pass Ridge

Did you know iPhone tripods can double as walking sticks? Just kidding, but Empire Pass Ridge does offer an exciting hiking trail that leads to stunning views of Park City perfect for selfies. It is about 1.6 miles to the peak, and you can even hop on the chairlift to go even higher. If you ride up, be prepared for the hike down!

4. Red Tail Grill

If you’re wondering how a restaurant made it on this list, we can assure you that this cozy eatery has some of the best views in town. 5. Bridal Veil Falls

Just a short drive from Park City, the Bridal Veil Falls is a double cataract waterfall that cascades along the south end of Provo Canyon. Pack a picnic and enjoy a meal at one of the grassy spots overlooking the falls. The falls are open year-round and make for some gorgeous pictures during every season. If you head there in the winter months, the sometimes frozen falls make for an icy selfie!

6. St. Regis Deer Valley

Known for its luxurious atmosphere, the St. Regis Deer Valley offers spectacular postcard-worthy mountain views. Whether enjoying dinner or an evening stroll, the resort has amazing picturesque areas to view the Wasatch Mountains. 7. Emigration Canyon

Popular amongst cyclists, Emigration Canyon spreads throughout Utah, with parts going right through Park City. It is one of the most popular scenic drives in Utah and for good reason. Once you reach the top of the canyon, you will see views of the Salt Lake Valley and the Little Dell Reservoir. You can also follow the canyons on the hiking trail that runs along its path.

8. Silver Lake

Neighboring Deer Valley, Silver Lake has a trail that is reserved for foot traffic only. So, if you’re looking for a mountain biking trail with views, Silver Lake may not be the spot for you. Hikers can enjoy the tranquility of the serene mountainside and its stunning landscape. Visitors also have the option to take the chairlift up and hike down or to hike up the trail and take the lift down for free. At the peak, don’t forget to take a selfie with Bald Mountain right behind you!

9. Rob’s Trail

Decorated with beautiful wildflowers along the trail, Rob’s Trail is popular for mountain bikers and bird watching. But the best part of this trail is its dog-friendly! Hikers can take a selfie at the peak of the trail with their favorite pup. Another popular way to enjoy this trail is to walk on the way up and sled on the way down, but keep in mind that this trail does close during the winter months.

10. Donut Falls

Donut Falls is popular amongst locals and visitors alike. It’s a fairly easy trail that is surrounded by beautiful Park City views. The falls are remarkable and make for a fantastic photo backdrop. Right past the falls, there is a cave that is incredible for pictures, but proceed to this area with caution as it is not recommended for inexperienced hikers. Reaching about three miles in total, donut forget (Sorry, I had to!) to bring your camera for this short hike!

11. Guardsman Pass

Majestic during every season, Guardsman Pass is a one-of-a-kind drive. Stop along the way in one of the parking spots at the summit for breathtaking views and a serious photo opportunity. You can head to this summit right off of Deer Valley Drive, which starts in the heart of Park City.

12. Armstrong Trail

With trees galore, take a real walk through nature on the Armstrong Trail. This pet-friendly trail allows you to bring your four-legged hiking partner along on a leash. Enjoy the wildlife along the way and pose for pictures through the lush greenery. This trail is popular amongst locals and gets busy on the weekends. This trail is also known for moose and deer sightings, which can make for great shots from afar, as well. Who knows, maybe you’ll make some friends with the wildlife!
